We are Heavenly Sauna in Seattle, Washington. We promote authentic Finnish sauna experience in America and sell quality kits made by manufacturers in the region including those who have been in the business for 40+ years. Each sauna is one-of-a-kind masterpiece in perfection that is crafted by hand using only high-grade natural woods and best-in-class stainless steel hardware. All orders are shipped directly from multiple warehouses in the states.

What sets us apart from other distributors is that we show you rock-bottom prices across the board and by doing so spread the sauna culture in America. We will even go above and beyond to match competitor’s sale prices when requested. Feel free to compare and shop around. Shipping Policy

 

When your order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking information. When the shipment arrives in your region, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. Feel free to contact the carrier directly to change the delivery appointment if the initial date does not work for you.

The standard method of delivery is curbside and the driver will offload your order with a lift-gate. Our saunas will come well packaged, wrapped and protected with boxes and packing materials wrapping to a single pallet. We recommend having at least two individuals available to accept delivery.

Shipping damages do occur occasionally, it’s advised that you accept delivery and send us photos of the damage so the specific part(s) can be replaced at no cost to you. We will again notify you with tracking information once a replacement has been sent.

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand situations could change quickly with so much uncertainties out there, therefore we’d like to offer some peace of mind when a customer has to cancel an order afterwards.

In short we would honor the request within 7 days after purchase (unless shipped), however note the 2.9% transaction fee would NOT be refunded by the payment processor even after a sale is canceled. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and seems to be a common practice by all major payment processors in the industry.

Return Policy

 

We will accept the return of unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the initial and return shipping charges; we will also charge a 25% restocking fee. Product must contain manufacturer defects for the return to be considered, and must be returned in original packaging. Refund will be given upon inspection of the product to ensure all items are included and in good condition. Please contact us first to arrange for a return.
