How to do sauna right?

Detox, weight loss, immunity improvement, pain relief, blood pressure reduction, and muscle recovery are among some of the most common benefits of a sauna session. In the medical world, most agree that hot showers soothe tired muscles and stiff joints, while cold ones reduce pain and inflammation. So here’s how you do it—Finnish Style—with our sauna.

Recommended Steps:

  • Be in a traditional sauna such as the Huntington for 15 minutes

  • Have a quick cold shower

  • Pop back in for another 15 minutes

  • Repeat the process for about an hour

This “change of temperatures” cleanses, stimulates and rejuvenates our organs which helps circulating the blood, and subsequently strengthening our immune systems. Have this routine run daily or three times a week to achieve noticeable outcome.
